PHOTOGRAPHY: The Google Drive is updated with photos of your unit after every cleaning.
CHECKLIST: Additionally, you can customize your cleaning list Add additional checklist items, like resetting your media device.

How much do you charge?
We charge the same percentage regardless of your home size or location! For our clients, we charge 25% of the net profit (excludes cleaning fee).

Do you handle the whole check-in/check-out process?
Yes! Our service provides complete end to end management of your short-term rental so you can relax. We handle all the messaging and door codes / keys for your guests.
Do you handle the cleaning?
Yes! We will clean your unit between each stay. We will use the cleaning fee that is charged to the guest for this service.
